Internet Telephony Service Provider Solution

ITSP rates the calls between the branch offices of the companies more cheaper than the traditional phone lines. If destination is a customer defined in IP network, this is an ON-NET call and the call cost is almost free. Partner companies located on different domains can be rated with different prices.

Key points:

  • Controls the calls between the companies' branch offices
  • Terminates the calls to the ON-NET network or PSTN accourding to user database
  • Rates the calls according to rules defined on billing server or the relationship between origination and destination domain
  • ITSP can also control the calls coming from ADSL users' fixed telephone and routes the calls to another user on its network or routes to a fixed telephone on the PSTN. The calls could rate in the case of calling from user fixed phone to PSTN over ITSP network. Also the users can talk each other without using a computer.

    IP Telephony Operator

Operator credits the pre-paid and post-paid user. User calls the operator's fixed line on PSTN and the call is routed to operator's core network. The VoIP call is terminated one of the operator POP in the country or a partner carrier on abroad. In this model, NicIVR is used in interactive solutions when the NicSC establishes a direct call.

GSM Operator - IP Telephony Operator Integration

The mobile operators who manage the EDGE over GSM, UMTS or Wi-MAX networks are providing long distance wireless internet connection and mobile phones are turning into clients on this kind of networks.
A VoIP enabled software designed on the client side can start the VoIP call and the mobile operator can redirect the call to the partner IP Telephony operator. So the cost of the calls terminated in a GSM network located on abroad will be reduced.
